How to Relieve Stress
If you don't know what your emotions are, if you're unable to digest them, you aren't using all your resources. Rest is a power position, right? Because when you rest, you emerge much more powerful and much stronger than you would be had you not rested. And then I'm going to ask you to think both creatively and resiliently about what you could do to relieve just a little bit of stress.
