John Kerry's Climate Envoy to China?

John Kerry is the current special climate envoy to China. The idea is that despite all the differences, you know, that we have with China and the CCP, at least there's this one thing we can work together on. In so many ways, the push to work with China on climate change could be on anything, right? It prevents us from doing things that we should do to counter the Chinese Communist Party or to speak out against their abuses.
