How to Translate a Russian Sentence That's Untranslatable

In Russian there are two different words for blue and one of which corresponds to what we in English would call dark blue. So if you say have a Russian sentence that says like I am holding a blue light blue ball yeah the best translation you can hope to come up with is probably not going to be exactly right but it's better than nothing. Even if none of your state distributions are exactly the same as the one you're trying to translate I'm holding a blue ball gets you closer even in like state space than I'm holding an red ball.
