The Man Behind the Weeping Ffig Trees

As a kid, I would sail on Sundays. At that time, we didn't have a permanent clubhouse so where we launched our boats and where our temporary clubhouse was had a park separating the two locations. The distance was approximately 600 meters or a 10 minute walk. Near the clubhouse end of the park were a bunch of massive weeping fig trees. A man stepped out from amongst them, and he called me over. Thankfully at that time, my father must have seen me from a distance and called out to me. To the man hiding amongst the weeping fig trees, let's not meet again. My story happened about six years ago.
