Is It a Crutch Word That Affects Your Fluency?

It's words anything that fills the silence or gives you time to think before you continue speaking. I noticed that in my interviews. I say a lot Right in the end of my questions, right? I also say a lot like and It bothers me it bothers me not during the interview, but when I am Editing the interview and then I noticed them and it just it bothers me. Do you remove it when you're editing? I? Remove some of them Because I think it's not fair to remove everything because that would be cheating rightBecause every everyone Would think that that I am one hundred percent fluent and that's just not right.
