There are opportunities for things to become better or worse right and it's never foregone conclusion. 9-11 should have been a big reset for real estate and for all yeah sort of mechanisms of power whatever but it instead they you know retrenched double double double down on itYeah I think throughout the old Rahm Emanuel cliche never let a crisis go to waste like I think you saw that after the 2008 collapse I think you're even seeing it today with like Davos has this great plan for how we're gonna do a great reset on it and it will be successful.
