The decorator basically does the same thing as this decorator might but instead of having a class you have arguments and under the hood What valor they argument is doing is it's expecting that function taking out the Arguments building them into a pidantic model. Hydantic is as fast if not faster than the other ways of doing it in python short of writing your own Custom code to be like yet to do manual validation which is a massive pain.
