The Importance of Being Gratitudeful

When you look at my genetics, I have a horribly dealt hand of cards that is not great for apoegenotype. I can only get up to date up to 2708. I have terrible MTHFR markers and same with comT for detox. We're all prone to cancer-based issues based on the toxicity in our environment. That unfortunately is the wild card, but we can do a lot to try to mitigate that. And so I've never seen anybody when you look at a biological age test, be able to age slower than about a 1.0 years.
