Are We All Using the Same Passwords for Everything?

jeff siskin is a cybr security expert. He talks to bruce nell about why we use the same passwords for everything. Is it because there's only so many words in the dictionary, or are we just simpleton who doesn't understand how to use passwords? i think people try to have their extra difficult passwords andd that's an airquotes but they end up using that extra special account in multiple different places.
