Is It a Smart Sink?

Drop box and microsof are saying the same thing. And my hope is that they're doing this to makeit a more reliable system. I was really hesitant when i first used this, but i've been using it for years now. My question is the as yours, which is why is this happening in 12 point three? Like, i unless anybody can prove me wrong, like, was there any sessions about this? Where does this come from? Why is it seems to have taken drop box or microsot by surprise at seemingly such a random time.
