Is Bias Only Because of Data?
Every element of the learning process has the ability to introduce elements of bias. If you address the data aspect and bias, then you help mitigate some of the biases, but it doesn't eradicate it. Why is it so important to some folks that it's only the data that they con men bias? Because then they ca know how to fix it, right? That's thee itthen it becomes bell, it's not my problem. I'm the algorthem developer. And i think at some of it is a fact of not taking ownership and not taking responsibility for the outcome.
