Do You Know if You Have Insufficient Bargaining Power?

If a customer is more than twen % of its sales, that's something that would b in the tankan is a good first check. A second question to ask is whether this percentage is bigger then the suppliers competitor sales to the same company. If it's harder to compare one to another, then usually you're going to have a more intrence relationship there. And am the longer it takes to kind of search for things the better, especially the longer it took to kind of get comfortable with making a switch.
