Is There a Risk to the Integrity of Assessment Data?
I think the most recent off-step framework, like you said, hasn't really had a chance to have a full cycle. They became a risk to the integrity of assessment data. So we need to reduce the risk of distortion as much as we possibly can. Otherwise, there's no point in collecting data. And accountability relies on accurate data, but accountability distorts the very data that it relies on.
