How to Do an in-Media Res Beginning in a Romance

In media res, you're in the middle of some big dramatic thing. That's becoming super common in YA is let's stick you into this scene and give you a strong sense of where the story takes place. And I've seen this a lot, but I want to point at James Bond as an example of how to do this right. So what they're doing there though is that they are showing you in many ways the same movie that you're about to see, but in miniature.
