Do Podcast Editors Get Imposter Syndrome?
I was watching one of your conversations with someone from the global podcast editors community talking about imposter syndrome. Is that something that you get? You get nervous and go, am I any good at this? Or not. In general, I feel really good about my editing. But they, okay, on the other hand, I'm constantly upskilling because there's so much to know. 2023 needs to be the year where I pause taking courses because I think I've taken too many. It is possible to over prepare,. Instead, I'm going to the Just in Case mode where you're learning everything rather than the Just in Time when you're learning what you need.
