How to Model Parallel Behavior in Loom

Before 1.8, Java had a future abstraction that was way over the top and very complicated views. In Loom, this is something you need an abstraction for. You cannot just say these statements go parallel. So actually they kind of tell you, hey, go use these old futures from 1.7 in order to achieve parallel behavior. But how are going to explain to someone is not really into deep in this reactive stuff that depending on your threat, this is good or this is bad?
