Don't Give People the Crayons

I think it evolved over time. I just became more comfortable and more aware of the importance of engaging in the conversation, but not telling people what to do. And as I got more comfortable with that and better at it, and saw the mistakes I made when I wasn't doing a good job,. There's lots of examples when I looked back over the last 30 years where I'm like, man, that was a I did a shitty job there or whatever I decided to do was really unhelpful.
