The Department of Justice's Responsibility to the President
i think it's very, very dangerous for us to clamor too hard for him to be prosecuted. i would rather see the department of justice due too little rather than too much. I'm sure that there were many people who were, you know, obviously it was very controversial at the time when ford pardoned nixon,. When we look back at that, don't most of us think that that was actually the right move for him and the right outcome for the country?
