How Has HR Changed?

In your lifetime, you've seen quite a change in HR practice. We don't expect HR people to take accountability for the staff restaurant or filling up Tampax machines in toilets any further. I think now we've evolved right through into a much more integrated, enabling and or developmental function that is there to bring about the best leadership experience of employees. So when I go somewhere else, I will look to create the centers of expertise with the fully agile teams.
