What Is Your Business Plan When Buying a Property?

Our typical business plan is to go in and initially we're just looking to stabilize the asset. The whole period lies anywhere from five to six years. And sometimes we'll plan for re finance year three. That's just something that you have to kind of take the chance that, you know, ther's a chance to knock a teemtory financier three.
