Is China's Debt Trap Diplomacy a Red Herring?

Bonnie: Several African countries have sizable debt that they owed to China. Chatham House report argued that huge Chinese lending to Africa has created a dilemma where China will struggle to recoup its money while maintaining its image as a friend of developing nations in Africa. Bonnie: While this may breed some you know anger and antagonism among some Africans for many it's just going to be something that they're going to have to grit their teeth and sit down with the Chinese side and figure out a way through.
