Leadership and Participation in Decision Making

Bea: My greatest strength is also a potential weakness if i overuse it or misuse it. I've often wondered if the middle ground is to say, look, i want to frame the decision as a leader and then find out what everybody's ideas are before i let my own be known. As soon as i put mine on the table, i may persuade. And also, people are going to want to conform.
