Do Identical Twins Look Different All the Time?

There's an area that seems to be associated with face recognition called the fusiform gyrus. When that area gets damaged for instance, people often develop prosopagnosia as you introduce the topic and become face blind. Do identical twins look different to you all the time? Completely. They're just the differences are glaringly obvious to me. I fully appreciate how similar they look obviously but I can completely tell them apart.
