In two thousand seven, the syndication desk that i was on, like i personally worked on a billion pounds worth of syndicated debt in two thousand eight. From january to june thirtieth, i did another billion pounds. And then from july first until the end of the year, nothing, because the financial markets just cosed up completely. So when we were thinking and talking about starting a business, the opportunity cost was zero. Younow, i'm pretty happy with how things are turning out, but i wouldn't mind going back and just whispering in my ear to say, it's going to work out, so enjoy the ride.
