Practical Reasons for Credences

You can believe something, which is like theism. You can withhold belief on it, which would be like agnocicism. So that's sort of one model of belief. But another way you can think about things is what confidence level are you assigning to these these statements? How confident are you? I'm more confident that Josh is going to give an awesome talk tomorrow than that my flight will be on time with all these stupid airlines lately.
