Investing in these SPACs is almost like a bet on management for them to go out and find a good deal. Donald Trump's SPAC that was done by digital world acquisition D-Wack had a mediocre team at best. The warrants people are actually making much more of an investment on the confidence of the management because they have no value when company liquidates. If you're going to do venture capital, you want a big portfolio of it.
