The Dilemma of Aquinas

In his book Ulysses, he kind of immortalizes himself as Stephen Daedalus. He met a woman named Nora Barnacle and they had their first date on June 16, 1904. The day that is currently known as Bloomsday. Their relationship would continue for 37 years before the couple eventually married but weren't married for a portion of it. And this guy who helped him clean up off the street became one of the models for his character Leopold Bloom.
