If you don't have the proper images and videos of how to portray what the brand means there's no way you're going to sell the product. You can have the best packaging but if people don't know who you are as a brand nowadays maybe five years ago it might have worked. So spend the extra time to send those direct messages to the people that actually care about buying your product. If they've made an indirect message or they've commented on your photo they will 90% of the time purchase if you answer the question that they're asking. That's huge. The reason most people don't do it is just not sexy like who has time to go there to go to trade.
