Keeping People at the Centre of Things

Make sure that you keep the customer in the employese at the centre of things. Set up work flors where people can submit their up dates, et cetera,. And so people can see what's going on in other work streams without having to necessarily always join meeting. Having short documents that are very concise in explaining what people need to do just in time than can be really helpful as well. For field teams, shorter, more frequent, just in time enablement has been really helpful.
