I think a lot of big challenges have been that people have created a value hierarchy where spirit is more important than body. And so you get these asceticisms and renunciate paths where they just let the body go to waste. Well, the body is the physical manifestation of spirit. So when you create this hierarchy, say, oh, God's up there and not down here in this lowly little body, well, that's an explanation. That dichotomy has really messed people up.
