Do You Really Want to Do a Vaccine Campaign?
It's much more effective to do a vaccination campaign not in the middle of an outbreak, right? The fear and the concern rit is that if you m are rolling out the vaccine at the same point when there is unchecked community spread, you're going to encourage selective pressure on the virus.
