As architects, you get certified, and there's sort of, I guess, some unspoken code of ethics. You'd mentioned other firms will come in and actually do this work. Would you go on record? Is it that black and white? Because, you know, do we believe in these projections, or don't we? "It is certainly gray and different shades of gray," he says.
