Ukraine's Cities and Infrastructure Hit by Russian Airstrikes

Ukrainian cities and infrastructure have been hit for a second day by Russian airstrikes. The southern city of Zaparija was shelled again overnight. And in Kyiv, air raid sirens blaring out across the Ukrainian capital this morning. Yesterday, newscast borrowed Vitali from Ukrainecast to shed some light on all of this. Today, I'm doing the same with Ukrainecast's regular Sam Dabenden. He is a former political officer for NATO-Ukraine relations, now an associate fellow at Chatham House.
