Sony Shutting Down the Vita and PS3 Stores
Sony was trying to shut down the Vita and PS three stores, fairly recently. They were like, okay, we'll keep it up. It doesn't function. Like, I think they're doing kind of what you're saying, the sort of like, leaving it on but ignoring it on. You just get stuck in an endless loop and cannot access the store there's some workarounds for all of this stuff. The point here is that when a digital storefront is no longer making money, a a for profit company like a Nintendo has little reason to maintain it other than spending money so that people aren't mad at them.
