Solar and the Free Market
The solar panels are owned by an electric company, and the electricity is owned by them. And they would be paying the farmers for how would the farmers benefit from this financially, if at all. The free market comes in handy because it's like, it's that extra little incentive. As soon as dollar signs are seen, companies will jump in that direction. It's energy companies recognizing renewables like wind and solar can make more money.
