If you're not doing anything You got to do a little bit more. There's really three types of exercise. cardiovascular conditioning, resistance or strength training and then there is mobility and structural balance. If any three of those are missing your results are going to be limited at best. I create something called the seven-day challenge We can refer people to that if they haven't done anything. It's a great place to start and that's great for everybody.
