The Trade Misinvoicing of Trade, Is It Legal?
I have never known a multinational, multi product, multi billion dollar corporation that did not use trade misinvoicing, falsified trade to move money across borders in ways that are just plain invisible. You can't see it. The question of its legality is complicated. It is illegal in a lot of countries to misinvoices trade for the purpose of moving money across borders. But those laws are difficult to enforce and so the practice is done all time.
