I'm always very careful about people using work like the Akashic records as a sport I call a spiritual bypass. It's better to have a guide, someone who will take you through hypnosis and then allow yourself to ask for your spirit guide to journey with you. Other people have a golden book of letters like an ancient Bible if you like. Everybody's vision of what it looks like and feels like is different.
