The Importance of a Funnel
A funnel is a series of steps that you take somebody through to get them to the core goal. So, I kind of like to look at it as in like the real world, a regular clothing store versus a car dealership. A website is a showcase of what it is that you can do and they're allowed to go at their own pace.
