I think something that a lot of people, particularly millennials can relate to is the concept of not being a good employee. I'm just not really comfortable having other people just in charge of my life. The only way to get away from that is to actually run your own business and just be full in total control of your life. In real estate, when you're an entrepreneur, you don't pay tax. So I don't pay any tax regardless of what I make. And this year I'll probably make more than like net than most MDs at firms they've been at for 40 years,. Just because of the tax structure and everything.
