Emotional dysregulation means that you can't think straight or make decisions. So again, if you're out of whack on your emotional front, then you just need to hit the pause button. Go take a walk. Calm your brain down. Next, if you find yourself just completely spent, go sit in a quiet room for a few or even meditate. Start with five minutes. I've talked about this a billion times. But let's just talk about some really simple, small steps that you can get started with.
