The Importance of Facilitation in UX Design

It's not until you're using a different part of your brain and thinking things differently that you realize that this is good or sometimes occasionally. You give yourself a chance to think of those things in advance. I would say sometimes even more important than the actual design skills themselves. Our process isn't design, iterate, design, test and then demo. There's a there's a practicing for the demo stage in there that is sometimes missing.
