IQ2 Conversation: A New University Offers "Forbidden" Courses
Open to Debate
Is Systemic Racism a Problem on American Campuses?
According to a recent survey by the legatum institute in london, 86 % of america professors believe that systemic racism is a problem in the united states. That's a much larger proportion than the percentage of the public that believes that, which is just over half, 57%. I have no objection at all to studying the works of authors who make this argument, proponents of critical race theory. What we are most opposed to is that the method, the tactics used on many university campes to day to shut down that kind of debate. It's not that there's a systematic campaign against truth going on. There's the systematic campaign against debate going on. And that's the critical issue.
