In some employment situations, when you take time off, it's not like you do less work. And the week that you get back from vacation, you have to do twice as much work as you usually would. Another thing that they talk about is frequent surveys and exit interviews. But i don't get the sense that people are genuinely trying to understand for the employee's benefit, right? We're trying to understand from the manager's benefit.
