Donna Brazile: I'm seeing a way for a giving circle type of approach to be adapted to a type of giving circle that's around time and talent. Some of these principles of giving circles might be also when I think about volunteer leaders and supporting them, she says. Brazile: You do not have to agree politically or even philosophically. The only thing you need to agree on is the mission; put your shoulder to the wheel with everybody else.
