When you started cutting for summer, that's all catabolic. So i'm not building muscle, even though i'm lifting weights. I'm lifting weights to hold on to all the work that i did before. And i'm trying to shed body fat. Part of wanting to reverse diet and come out of that. After i get to thati obtain that for that summer look, i want to start to increase calorys an i wan to get back to building muscel and building my metabolism.
