The Russian Assassins - Bosherov and Petrov

The two GRU assassins, Bosherov and Petrov went on television and gave a disastrous interview to RT the Russian state sponsored media agency. Both of them claimed that they were innocent civilians caught up in an international scandal. They both said that they had traveled from Moscow to Salisbury as tourists to visit the Salisbury Cathedral. Neither of them brought their families with them and they were only in England for a total of 54 hours. It seemed like Moscow didn't really care about creating an in-depth cover story for its agents actions.
