Ralph Senior's caught in a bit of a lie here. What gun was used, a 38 caliber. And it's one of those things where undermining Ralph Senior is really important because if you make it look like he's lying for his son and also undermines his alibi. If that's basically your defense and the prosecution shown all this evidence, including one of the victims saying you did it, it's not surprising that when this trial concluded Ralph was found guilty.
