The bureaucracy is definitely a killer. And that's what you hear from ex-employees there too, right? A lot of times it's like I left because it wasn't like it was 10 years ago. You are basically there to shape the culture and make sure the company functions as smoothly as possible. Like in 70, 80,000 people, it's unheard of almost for technology companies. In some sense Apple ships hardware products so obviously they are also being softer.
