i write down five words, whether they are like feelings or tangible, you know, nouns that really describe the past year. And then i ask people to think a year from now and write down the five words they want to riting down if i ask them the same question in a year. I do it for myself as well, like, what's the emotion or the feelings i want to really defyn the coming year by? And once i have those, i do a time diagnostic. Then i write down three to five goals.
